Ingredients
- 2 Cucumbers sliced
- 1/2 cup Prosecco Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Garlic & Herb Dipper
- 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 3/4 tsp Lime Fresco Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp Shallot chopped
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers, vinegar, sugar, dipper, pepper, salt, chopped shallot, and lemon juice. Toss, cover and chill for 4 hours.
