Ingredients
- 3 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 Cucumber, cubed
- 10-15 Mint Leaves, minced
- 2 Tbsp Honey Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil (Sicilian Lemon or Basil Genovese)
Instructions
- In a bowl combine all ingredients and toss.
- Allow to sit if the fridge for at least an hour, stirring occasionally.
