Ingredients
- 1 Yam (orange in color)
- 2 Tbsp Caramelized Garlic Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Roasted Coffee Rub
- 1 Tbsp Murray River Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp Smoked Maple Finishing Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Mayo
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut the yam into think strips (the thinner you cut them, the crispier they will get).
- Arrange the yam in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle evenly with the coffee rub.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Toss with a sprinkle of murray river sea salt.
- In a small bowl combine the smoked maple sauce and mayo. Serve as a dip for the coffee roasted fries.
